WHAT YOU GET
Your number is connected with a range of call management, recording features and included minutes to your chosen call types.
HOW DOES CALL RECORDING WORK?
Callers to your 1300 or 1800 number will hear a notification message that the call will be recorded. All recordings are stored in our secure leading edge cloud platform and available for playback and management through our online web application to your authenticated users. Recording is an optional feature.
IS THERE ANY OTHER SPECIAL FEATURES?
As standard, our team will point the number to your desired phone number and if calls are not answered or if the number if busy, the call will be automatically diverted a Voicemail box dedicated for your Inbound number. Other configurable features are available without charge, such as IVR and time, day, date & state routing. If you have a particular requirement, speak to our agent who will be happy to assist. A complex configuration may incur a cost of $55 per month.
WHAT’S INVOLVED IN GETTING THE NUMBER CONNECTED?
Our team will handle the move of your existing number or work with you to find a new number best for you. Number options with the above plans are 1300 and 1800. Calls to 1300 numbers are the price of a local call and 1800 is a free call, except from mobile phone.
WHAT ARE THE CALL CHARGES?
We have really simplified the call rates. After your included minutes have been used, calls are charged based on where you send the call, not where it originates.
HOW WILL YOU BILL ME?
We offer monthly and annual billing, with payments deducted from your Credit Card or Bank Account. Invoices are sent out shortly after the 15th of each month with payments deducted 14 days from invoice.
